Every participant receives individual recommendations possibly concerning change of behavior or recommendations with regard to following diagnostics. All raised data is subject to medical confidentiality and are provided only for participants.

How is your flexibility, stability and coordination doing?
During a scientifically recognized but still simple to perform test, participants pass an obstacle course consisting of health relevant exercises. The results reveal individual flexibility, stability as well as possible difference in right and left body half. imbalances and deficits that over long term could cause health impairment can be revealed, too. After passing the test, every participant gets an individual practice advise with simple exercises that can be done every time without equipment.
Is individual training useful for one of your employees? After a personal fitness check including a training schedule, our personal trainers support and accompany your employee over short or long term. No matter what abilities or capabilities are to be improved, together we will reach our goal.
