Sweet potato soup with chia seeds
Prepare a Chia Seed Gel out of 20 g Chia Seeds steeped in 100 ml water.
Steam 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp coconut oil. Add 1 tbsp freshly rubbed ginger, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon and 2 big cooked, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes, 620 ml Wasser.
Add Chia Seed Gel and blend it.
Season with salt and nutmeg powder and simmer ten minutes.
